CIC Insurance Group has expertise in corporate, family, health and asset management as well as equity, balanced, fixed income and money market fund management. The company invests in equity and government securities, properties and loans and serves retail and corporate entities. Founded in 1968 and formerly known as The Co-Operative Insurance Company of Kenya, the company changed its name to CIC Insurance Group in 2010. Its head office is in Nairobi, Kenya. It was listed in 2012.
